I have the following problem.

My customer would like to see the value of stocks for example on Wallstreet
couple of times during the day, but there are some restrictions:

1) Her workstation has no access to internet
2) Her workstation has no access to database (no client installed)
3) Access to the internet is only allowed from a strictly assigned computer
4) Access to the database is only allowed by the computer that has connection
to the internet

I need a solution that will provide for workstation to obtain data from stock
market website couple of times during the day.

Is there anything better and more simple than just using a proxy on the
computer with the internet connection to fetch and deliver data back ? Which
technology would be best suitable ?
