ps 6 g4 os9 suddenly stopped menubar display - help!

ps was working fine until several things we added to the computer 0sx, iomega cdrw external drive and canon camera software. i've shut off every extension and am running under os 9 all and still no menu bar....

can you help?

the only thing I can think of is you need to start Classic first then start Photoshop.

thanks. actually, i am only running 9.2.1, not osx. it doesn't show up in 9.2.1.

Trash the preferences file and re-launch Photoshop. If that doesn't work, you'll need to reinstall the application, but remember to the preferences file again before reinstalling.

You really need to update to 9.2.2
