PS CS quits when opeing File Info...

Just swapped out my OS for the new Panther, running Mac OS X 10.3.2 build(7D24), but PS is giving me fits. Cannot open File Info without a hard PS CS crash. No error message, nothing. Only Applescript editor is open, and PS, tested around the images, differenct sizes, compressions, color, file format, with/w/o file info. Anyone else out there seeing this?

os 10.3.2
qt 6.5
PS v 8.
upgraded raw plugin to 2.1
dp 1gig mirror door, 80gig, 1.25gig ram
I'm 6'2", 20/20 ....

Is this possibly a font issue? I have heard told that PS CS fonts may be problematic under Panther. Any other experiences?

Can you open the info when there is no picture open??

No, it still crashes the program with an empty, untitled image, an empty saved image, and an image with type in it.
To date:
used different images
trashed CS prefs
removed all the fonts (saved to folder on desktop)
fixed all permissions on system disk
I'm going to re-install the program, coming up!

Great Ps resource. I feel I've exhausted the possibilities, am reinstalling PS Cs right now.

Did you do the "change your time zone -- change it back again" routine.
And, if you are in the UK, don't choose GMT but choose your nearest city -- by name.

It sounds wacky, but this has worked for many people.

The clock prefs? PS File Info, what could the connection be? That did it! Thanks much, you saved me from buying a Dell (only kidding, but I'd probably start up my old II-C again).
