I do own PS 7. But I am doing this for a friend who know nothing about PS or PS Elements. I am trying to help her out, she has bought the same scanner as I did,and of course has gotten PS Elements with it, I have looked at it and lookjed at Deke's tutorial. But since the tutorial is for v.2 it makes it a little more complicated, I had hoped to have her use Quick Fix (in tutorial but ot os not in v.1.) Thank you so much for answering, whihch does clear up things.
