PS7 MISSING FILTERS PLEASE HELP
my filters like artistic, brush strokes, video and texture, also others like lens flare are greyed out and unavailable in all of my projects. the plugins are in the PS7 folder, but i'm lost, i've looked everywhere for solutions to this problem but no luck. can someone please help me.

Are you trying to edit 16-bit images? If so your selection of filters (and other options) will be limited until you change the mode to 8-bit.
