PSD File Saved As EPS: White becomes 1% values in CMYK
I am working in Photoshop 6. When I am working in my PSD layer file I have white as 0% CMYK values. When I save an EPS to place in my Quark layout, my 0% values become 1%. Even if I go in to the EPS file and adjust the curves by 1% and save, it still reverts back to 1% values. Anybody know the reason? Thanks.

Are you using Quark's color management?
The best way of curing this headache (and a lot of others) is to dump QXP and move on to InDesign.

Re: PSD File Saved As EPS: White becomes 1% values in CMYK
I use both InDesign and Quark, I don't prefer either program. They both have their pros and cons. Anyways, I figured out the problem, somehow my encoding setting was on jpeg instead of binary.
Thanks for the replies.
