psd image 404M/404M sent to printer gives Disc error-36

Hi I've looked at prior Disc error _36 threads. and yes I have down loaded a new driver update for my epson stylus colour 1160 to work with my winXP
I'm trying to print a large image 404/404M in poster config and I get dire 36 any ideas folks

The error means that the file or media was corrupted on the way to the printer.

How did you transfer the file?
