Default 'publish file from my computer'

When 'file->publish file from my computer', I am not allowed to overwrite the
existing file. Contribute always creates a new name. This is in contrast to the
description in 'Help'. What do I do to overwrite files?

    1. Become an adiminstrator for your site.
    2. Go to My Connections dialog
    3. Select your connection
    4. Click on "Administer" button
    5. Choose the role to which you want him to have this option to
    "overwrite" enabled? (ex: Publisher)
    6. Click on "Edit Role Settings"
    7. Choose "Folder/File Access"
    8. Check the checkbox - "allow users to delete files they have
    permission to edit"
    9. Close the dialog
    10. Now when you try to publish you should see the "Do you want to
overwrite or create similar file name" dialog.

    Hope this helps
