Publisher Error or Script Error

This is the error I get when using MS Pub 2000 with XP
Pro. I created the Website. I must have done something
that Pub does'nt like.

Could it be that when I rearranged the buttons that
may have caused this error?

I can print the Publication.
I can save the Publication (I think)

I can not use Help. I open publisher and go to help,
select a topic, click it, up pops the srcipt error.

I can not use Web page checker. It shuts down the
program.

Is there a way to fix this?
I tried the Regsvr32 urlmon.dll. To no avail.
I tried remove/install Office 2000. To no avail.
HELP PLEASE. This rather urgent
