hi I am having problems with a publisher who can't upload any pdfs. i think
this problem is pretty basic to fix but want to know how i can fix it from my
end as an administrator? i think the issue is it has a 64k cut off or something
like that. I cannot go to the user and get them to do it so it makes things
hard. Do I just sent them a new connection key or something?
