I have a client who, when "publishing" her files, finds that they cannot be
read. This is because Contribute has added .new to the filename i.e.
original file original.htm becomes original.htm.new
I gather from another forum that this was caused by her connection to the
internet being cut. How can we reset this please. Thanks in advance.
