pull-down menu jumps - Macromedia Fireworks

I created a pull-down menu system in Fireworks to be used on all pages. On one page I also created a form. But on this page, when I rollover the "Company" button, the pull-down menu jumps to the left of the page. I know this has something to do with layers and which layer the form is located on, but I don't now how to fix it. Can anyone help? Linda:

I'm glad to see you post but is this the right link? As far as I can tell
it has nothing to do with the original problem (over which I have been
scratching my head - I can't see anything wrong on the page).

OK, so they say the solution is:

If the form object is likely to appear on top of the Pop-up Menus, redesign the page to change the position of the Pop-up Menus or the form object.

But how do I do that? I can't tell from the code what layer things are on or how to change the layers.

It's not the form element that is the problem on your page.

redesign the page to change the position of the Pop-up Menus or the form
    object.
or how to change the layers.

Well, since there doesn't seem to be a true answer as to why this is happening, the next best thing would be to just forget about the navigation problem and put the form into a pop-up window, without menus.
