Pup Tutorial??
I've read all the objections to side-bar pop up menus. But I want to make one anyway, just to see how they work. Can someone please refer me to a good tutorial on how to make one in Fireworks? I've made mine with overlapping slices, which doesn't work (and isn't supposed to).
To see what I've come up with so far through trial and error, go to www.etdred.com/WebTest/test.htmhttp://www.etdred.com/WebTest/test.htm

Re: Pup Tutorial??
Okay, so I'm making changes, but I wouldn't call it progress. See this one:

Any suggestions?

Re: Pup Tutorial??
Take a look at Chapter Two of the Getting Started Manual
You should have it as hardcopy or it should be on your install CD as "FW MX
Getting Started.pdf"
The sections that should be of interest to you are:
"Create and edit buttons to make a navigation bar" and
"Create and edit a pop-up menu"
Hope that helps
Cheers,
Sam

Re: Pup Tutorial??
A double, please. Perhaps a Drambuie on the side, too.
