[Q] Lauch scheduled network copy task - Mac Networking

Hi there all, I would like to learn how to schedule a task which would perform a file copy from a remote Mac running OS X, with a fixed ADSL IP address, to my local Mac running OS X too. I have been told to use iCal and program a script but did not find in the iCal help anything about scripts scheduling. Thanks for your help. D. -- VAXUS - Your new helpful friend in the DEC Family! Applescript is what you want. Check out alt.comp.lang.applescript,
    www.applescriptsourcebook.com, www.macscripter.net.

For scheduling, there are various utilities for scheduling events.
Check the above web sites or check versiontracker.com for cron and
    scheduling.
