Quark 6.0
Does anyone know how to open Quark 6.0 files in InDesign version 3.0? I believe it's possible, but I always get an error message that InDesign is either incapable or it is missing a file or plug-in. Help??

Re: Quark 6.0
You save them back as 5.0, open the in 5.0 and save them back to 4.0.
Then you open them in ID.
And no, there's no other way.

Re: Quark 6.0
It's not possible. InDesign CS (3) only opens QuarkXPress 3.3 and 4 files. You'll need to save Quark 6 --> Quark 5, then Quark 5 --> Quark 4. It's the only way. There have been countless messages on this topic. Do a forum search.
