Quark 6.5 & Acrobat 7 PDF Options gone

Ugh, Quark. Anyway, I was making PDFs from Quark by going Acrobat 6 as the driver, then clicking on Printer in the Print dialog box. In the window that would open it would show:
Printer: Adobe PDF
Presets: Standard
and in a drop down menu below this I could select "PDF Options." This would actually show all the PDF presets that had been created using InDesign. Since upgrading to Acrobat 7 (on 3 machines), this "PDF Options" in the drop down menu has disappeared. Sure would like it back. I've looked at a machine still running Acrobat 6 and duplicated all files in various libs and PPD folders but this hasn't helped, even if I choose the old Adobe 6 driver in the Print window. Help. Try selecting another printer - then go immediately back to the ADOBE
PDF printer .... Your PDF OPTIONS should return in the short-term ..

Yep, removing printer .. detect and repair .. create new local_host from
Print Centre, repair permissions and even complete re-install has been
fruitless in many instances ...

I do however have quite a few other options in my particular
circumstance (I won't bore you) ..... but give it a whirl ..

I'm having the Same problem with Quark 6.5 and Acrobat 6.0.2. Tried all the usual uninstall, reinstall, repair permission, etc, etc and still no joy. So I'd be glad if Jon could spill the beans :)
