Default Quark 6.5 won't make PDF files

I recently upgraded to a G5 and now Quark wont make PDF files. I used to be able to make them although they always said "array length out of range". Now I can't make them at all. Aside from switching to InDesign - does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thanks

Why not? What happens? You haven't given us much to go on!

Quark just says "failed to make PDF" or if it makes one Acrobat cannot open it because "there is an error in opening the document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired"

I reviewed the forums on the Quark website and one guy had a solution.
    In this order:
-remove Quark from the Applications folder
    -remove all Quark preferences
    -install Quark 6.1
    -install the PDF filter patch
    -update Quark 6.1 to 6.5

I tried this and now I still get the file damaged line from Acrobat and Quark "quits unexpectedly."

    Hope this helps.

Well, the good news is that Quark is now supposed to have free Tech Support. Sounds like time to call them.
