Quark-like font substitution/replace?
In Quark, when you open a document containing unavailable fonts, Quark gives you the ability to substitute the fonts throughout the document.
Does this functionality exist in InDesign and where can I find it?

It normally comes up when you open the document in a dialog that hits you in the face.
But I have noticed that sometimes I seem to be able to open a document without that warning, in which case the thing to do is go to the Type menu and choose Find Font...

You can also use "find/change" to replace a font throughout a document.
