Default Quicken 2000 (Mac) Too, Too big

I am using quicken 2000. When I launch the program, it takes up the
entire screen. It looks almost like a complete desk top. My problem is
that I can't figure out how to reduce the screen size so that I can
enter information from a variety of notes. Any suggestions or is this
a permanent matter and thus not to be resolved. With thanks. D Albers

Yes, it applies to Quicken 2000, too.
