Quickly Edit Forms
Hi,
I am making forms in InDesign CS3 and then I use Acrobat Professional 9 to create forms. Sometimes I have to edit a form so I have to go back to InDesign, recreate the pdf and then copy all of my form fields from the old pdf to the new pdf. Is there a more efficient way to do this? Is there a way to add the form fields in InDesign then when you create the pdf the form fields are already there? Or is there a way to copy the form from one pdf to another and have the form fields paste in the same place?
Thanks!!

Re: Quickly Edit Forms
Redo the form in InDesign, export to a PDF with a different name than the original form, open original form then use Document>Replace pages.
That will replace the image of the form but leave the old fields intact.

Re: Quickly Edit Forms
You have access to Adobe Livecycle? I use that to make all my PDF forms. It is a breeze to edit, create and update forms. Honestly, it is what Acrobat should have been.
