Quicktime movie pauses when behind anything else

Default Quicktime movie pauses when behind anything else

The files work fine (and keep playing behind anything else) in a standalone player, but within the projector they stop. I need them to continue until the user decides to stop, no matter what the placement of the projector is (front, middle, back...). Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

try setting your quicktime to DTS (direct to stage)

have you got your projector set to "animated in background" this could be
    another reason the movie stops

Had the movies set to DTS, but didn't have the Animate in Background box checked. That fixed it! Many thanks for saving me a bunch of time.
