Could someone please suggest a Good ASP/Database
Rate This Link
Write A Review
Script?

I have seen some on some sites. And having been trying to find one.
Either that or I am most likely just not typing in the Proper phrase into
MSN & Google Search...

Any suggestions are gladly appreciated.

No idea, sorry.

Key with this sort of thing is not to reload the page that the user is on.
On way of doing this is with JavaScript and to switch a transparent image's
source to an ASP with the rating and page name/id included in the URL. The
ASP then processes the submission and redirects to the transparent gif.
