No idea, sorry.
Key with this sort of thing is not to reload the page that the user is on.
On way of doing this is with JavaScript and to switch a transparent image's
source to an ASP with the rating and page name/id included in the URL. The
ASP then processes the submission and redirects to the transparent gif.
