RDS Password link missing

Hi, We have a couple of CFMX6.1 servers and on one of them within CF Admin
under Security the 'RDS Password' link is missing. The only links listed there
are:

CF Admin Password
Resource Security

I have looked at the following page about RDS and have checked the RDSServlet
mapping is not comment out

RDS is only installed if selected during install.
If the link is missing then it wasn't installed.

Thanks for your reply - something weird though - we are in fact connecting to
that server using RDS, so now I am confused. Unfortunately I don't know for
sure if RDS was installed or not. Any other suggestions? Many thanks.
