Re-install downloaded product
About 2 years ago I purchased an update of Photoshop on the on-line store. I was asked to open an account that would keep track of the products I owned, so that I could re-download them when necessary. For that reason I did not take the trouble of having a CD burnt as a back-up.
Now my computer has gone on the blink and I am installing a new one. But I the on-line store only offers to buy new products, not to re-download previous purchases.
What can I do?

Re: Re-install downloaded product
I'd phone Adobe support and explain the situation. They should have record of your purchase and your registration of the program.
