    Default read/write access

I'm using FH 10 on a Windows 2000 PC at work, and yesterday when I tried to
print I got a dialogue that said the command couldn't be completed because I
didn't have read and write access. The IT help at the govt agency I work at
won't do much because FH isn't part of the standard software package. Another
user suggested deleting the print spool files, but I can't get to them because
    I don't have admin access.

My workaround is exporting as pdf, then printing from acrobat.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Jim

ps...I'm really a Mac user, but only at home

I haven't used FH on Windows for years, but I'm pretty sure the Registry
isn't involved -- AFAICT whatever files are in the UserPrep folder
should automatically become available. All I can think of is 1) to make
sure you saved the edited file as plain ASCII text, into the same
directory as the rest of them, and 2) make sure it has a .prp extension.
