RealPlayer : General Error

RealPlayer first plays a short clip and then dies with: General Error"
To replicate the problem go to [url]http://news.com.com/[/url] and click on a video
link.

The RealPlayer web site mentiones that this could be a firewall problem.
To test this I went online with the dial-up modem: exactly the same
problem.

Does anybody have a solution for this problem ?

The clips from [url]www.news.com[/url] are hidden behind a Java Script and cannot be
downloaded easily.
What I see is:
- buffering
- clip from Unisys plays normally with sound
- Next: General error

Realpayer has been working fine before in web site of CNN but they removed
the test clip, so I cannot test it anymore.
