At that price point, I can't think of any digicam that's going to meet
all of your requirements. Perhaps a Sony DSC-S85, but you'll need to
use good external lighting (not flash).
What you really need is a digital SLR, which is a whole lot more than
$400.00.

I would suggest an SLR, the cheapest DSLR is currently an E-10, which I use
for the studio, has PC Sync connector, as well.
