recommendation for spam filter for Eudora in OSX - Mac Applications & Software

I really like the spam filter on Apple's Mail app but need Eudora at work to manage a large number of emails and their storage. I suppose in the long run I'll switch to Apple's Mail when it's a little more developed. Until then, can anyone suggest a plugin or filter that will work with Eudora in filtering spam, in a manner like Apple's Mail app? thanks...

Eudora 6 has built in filtering that works quite well for me.

We're still using version 5 of eudora. Is the filtering on vers. 6 the
same as version 5 where you have to exclude a specific address or string
of text in the subject? Does it have a training mode like in Apple's Mail?

    thanks

No its not like the normal filters. It comes preset and does a good job
and then you train it as you go along. Works great and very easy.

Yes/No. Just plain old filtering is also upgraded in 6.0, but what the
previous poster was talking about was the built-in *spam* filtering of
Eudora (which was what you asked for after all).

Eudora 6.0's "spam" (called "Junk" In Eudora) filtering is not the same
as the much more general "filtering". There are a few parameters
available for tweaking, but very little. And for many users there
probvably won't be any reason to tweak anything at all. It's nothing at
all like the old having to create filters to catch spam.

    Yes.

To learn more, visit on Eudora's website, maybe download the latest 6.0
beta and read doentation, or even ask on the most on topic newsgroup,
    which is <news:comp.mail.eudora.mac>.

[Btw, please only quote that to which you respond, and place your
comment directly below that. The easier you make it for people to read,
the likelier you'll get useful responses.]
