RedBack on HPUX
Hi Guys,
I'm running RedBack 4.1.3.2.on HP-UX 11. My question is has anyone had the
experience of RedBack stopping at irregular intervals -when I mean and when
you look in the rgw.log files there is an error code of 239 stating
connection refused. I'm wondering if this has something to do with time
outs? I don't know too much about RedBack as we only have just started using
it for our online forms.
A couple of months ago I found the redback responders (which are Universe
sessions) were taking up a hell of a lot of CPU usage even in sleep mode -
this was rectified by stopping the GARBAGE.COLLECT and using other means to
empty the WWLOG and WWSTATE files.
