Redirecting to another domain (frameset?) - Macromedia Dynamic HTML

I have my own web site and work with it on DW. I just got another domain from a different hosting company. I don't want to do hosting with them, just wanted the domain name. I heard I can forward/redirect a page from my usual web site to this new site (because all I want on the new one is a splash page). I posted the question of how to do this on the hosting site and the response I got was: If the domain is hosted somewhere else you can load the site into a HTML frameset, or use ...

Default Redirecting to another domain (frameset?)

I have my own web site and work with it on DW. I just got another domain from
a different hosting company. I don't want to do hosting with them, just wanted
the domain name. I heard I can forward/redirect a page from my usual web site
to this new site (because all I want on the new one is a splash page). I
posted the question of how to do this on the hosting site and the response I
    got was:

If the domain is hosted somewhere else you can load the site into a HTML
frameset, or use a <meta> tag to redirect to another page (our masking feature
    uses a frameset).

I've never done framesets before. Can anyone walk me through how to do this?
All I want to do is have a page on my regular site and forward it to be a
splash page on a different domain. Can this be done? Help!

    Thank you.

And you really don't want to start using them now, either.

Why do you need to forward to the different domain? Why can't you continue
    using the existing hosting account?

I'm a musician so my main domain is for my music. I created this new domain
for my record label because I want it to have it's own separate domain, but
connect it to my current one. Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

Move your current one to the new host.
