    Default Reflowing pdfs

    Is it possible to reflow a scanned two column pdf into a single column pdf.
    If possible how would I go about doing it.

    As Watson indicated you cannot do this. The Touch Up Text tool can make limited changes in text but nothing on that scale. You need to go back to your originating application.
