Refreshing problem with V. 10

I've noticed this for some time. Is this a common glitch. I'm referring to when you select several items and delete them, you can see "traces" of the light blue edges. When you do a command-Y 2 times they go away. Does V. 11 fix this refresh problem? This is very annoying. TIA

I thought you were going to say something about your brand of beer not being refreshing.

I don't get the traces you are talking about in 10 under OS9.2.2. Hitting command-Y changes your view mode from preview to outline, which requires the screen to be redrawn. It is the redraw that is removing your traces. Maybe you have an issue with your video card (just a thought).

I've seen the same problem on multiple computers at 2 different companies. It is not my video card.

I haven't seen this problem either. Running AI10.03 and OS9.2.2.
What OS are you running?

I've seen the problem with OS X and classic computers

I've never seen this problem either, multiple computers now mostly running various versions of OS X, but previously using OS 9.
