Refreshing the page

I was wondering if there is any way through for instance getURL(), to
refresh the current page? (Like the page the SWF is currently included
on.) I'd rather do it through Flash then through Actionscript because
i know how to call a Javascript to do so.

Erm i ment i'd rather do it through Flash then through Javascript.
