I had the same problem. There should be a userrg2.zip file that was sent, it has instructions and an executable to run to unlock the license.
Greetings, We face the same problem. We have purchased (inventory, brand and custumers) a bankrupt ISP. On their servers they have a registered version of ASPImage Enterprise License. Greetings,
We face the same problem. We have purchased (inventory, brand and
custumers) a bankrupt ISP. On their servers they have a registered
version of ASPImage Enterprise License. Their Administrator had a copy
of the registration name and numbers, but didn't leave a list on howto
use them to register it. So now we cannot reregister the component when
reinstalling the servers, nor place it on new servers.
We have physical access to the servers (as you can imagine) and know how
to regsrv32 the dll to make it work, just don't know how we can
"effectize" the license. We already Emailed to ServersObjects and got
the response that their policy was not to replace lost server keys
(http://www.serverobjects.com/KeyRepl.htm), which we don't need, we
already _have_ the server keys.
The email send to them explaining this wasn't answered, after phoning
them the sales rep. explained that the steps to register the license of
the component was written in the email that was send to the company with
the registration code (code we have, not that email) and that he
couldn't help me further.
We're a bit disappointed by this. The only option the sales rep. left us
was to repurchase the license for $ 2,395.95
Perhaps someone could help us with explaining wich steps we have to take
to get registration code "tied" to the dll
Thanks in Advance
