Can you try explaining this again? I'm not sure I'm seeing what you're describing, so I'm not sure what the problem might be. Do you just mean the swatch is in your color palette? If so, how is this creating problems?
Or are you talking about something else more dastardly? Are you in AI 10, or CS?
