Is there any way to permanently remove the Contribute tool bar that seems to
post itself through out all of the MS Office programs? I'm running Office
2000, and the Contribute (and Acrobat, for that matter) tool bar and menu
options are all through the Office Suite. I don't use them, don't plan to use
them, and they're just getting in the way. Every time I turn the tool bar off,
next time I bring the program back up, they just come back. There doesn't seem
to be a way to permanently turn them off. Any ideas?
