Default Remove data from multiple fields in one delete

I posted this question a couple of weeks ago without a response so
    thought I'd try again. :-)
I have an Acrobat 7 for Mac form setup with 40ish fields that I use
daily and want to be able to select all the data I put in each of the
fields yesterday, delete it all at once so I can start over again
today. I can't find a way to select multiple fields and delete the data
from them with one delete. Right now I have to select one field, delete
the data in it and then move on to the next field. Am I missing
    something?

    dear dana

there is a choice you can impliment
then choose to have it as an invisible character ...
    on a form i designed ...
8 legal pages with a fillable field on every line ....
i simply placed the reset button under one of the wrords in the logo
    ....
only the person who is filling the form has this knowledge ...
any one else who clicks on this word will lose all the info ...
    and rightly so ... ;o)
the form is secured with ...
    view/print only & adobe 6 compatible permissions
so it can be sent to clients ...
this particular idea may not work for your office if many people are
needing to have a blank form ...
also there is a choice to be made in the creation sequence that allows
the designer to choose from a variety of opening choices ...
    including...
    blank form ...
    last data filled....
open to page or line #
    play around a little ...
    two hours of experimentation ...
will save untold uncountable individual minutes of frustration
    yours
