removing hyperlinks, how?

    Default removing hyperlinks, how?

    When i place text from a DOC or whatever that have hyperlinks in them, they show on in Indesign document as being blue and underlined. How do i set things to remove those and convert to plain text?

    Turn off the hyperlinks in the Word file and resave it.

    If you don't have Word or whatever, then there's always the hyperlinks palette in ID.

    Don't forget to delete hyperlinks in Character Styles as well.

    .... and the hyperlinks palette is under 'interactive' in the list of windows, in case you haven't found it before. At least in CS.
