Man, I'm guessing you're going to get slammed for asking that. Photoshop doesn't do miracles. You'll never get the exact image back, but depending on what you did you might be able to fix it. For example, if you just drew some lines on your image you might be able to fix it with the clone tool.
Remember, even in Photoshop, once you hit save and close your file, it is SAVED. No undos, ifs and or buts.
