Replace Spaces in field data with underscores - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

    Default Replace Spaces in field data with underscores

    I need to replaces all occurances of spaces between words with
    underscores for all text data in a database field called company_name.

    Can this be done inside access using an SQL statement?
