Request for feedback - Regarding Help delivery

we are concerned with how best to assist you, the customer.
Many customers like having material delivered as a tutorial.
This is a request for some feedback on preferred delivery format for
tutorials.
For accessing, viewing, etc. a tutorial...

Do you prefer PowerPoint slide shows ?
Do you prefer PDF's?
Do you prefer .mht's?
Do you prefer web page content?

In Internet Explorer, you can go to File > Save As and change the file of
type to *.mht. This will save the page as a single page that can be sent to
anyone and opened by anyone using IE 4.x and newer.
