Resaving document created in 11.0; so it opens in 10.0 or lower
I have created a file which I have to send to a printer, so they can create the product with the design contained in the file. I created the program in cs, and need to resave the file so that it opens in the printer's program, whose version is 10.0 (but they tell me if I resave it in 10.0 or lower, they can open it. ) Also, I've already tried resaving it as an eps and tif file; neither of these files were openable by my printer.
Thanks for any and all help.
