Resizing

Hey,
Does anybody know of a script or an extension that makes it so that when
the window is resized the background in the main frame is resized with it?

Ex.
Minimized frame:

|
| |
| Frame is resized |
|
|

|
| |
|
| |

|
|

| This is the size of the picture

I would like the full picture to be displayed in the resized frame

Clarification: Are you saying that you want an image to magically shrink and
expand based on how big a person resizes their browser?

When I crop an image from a digital photograph, I lose the dimensions of the
original. is there a way to resize to 4x6 after cropping to enable to print
in a standard photo size, or do I have to crop to the 4x6 proportions?
