Resizing Movies to fit res...but keeping aspect ratio. - Adobe Flash, Flex & Director

OK...I've looked for this soultion around but I havent found it. Basically I have a page with flash (www.madisyn.com , click on "knight" image, then click on "Learn more about Knight") , and the movie used to be at a specific size, so 800*600 users could see it without scrolling....but users at high resolutions (I'm at 1280*1024) complain of the text being too small to read, or just plain uncomfortable. What I'm trying to do is make the mpvie resize to fit any resolution, but KEEP IT'S ASPECT RATIO...I've had problems where I'm using percentages, and differnt "scale" options, and ...

What I'm trying to do is make the mpvie resize to fit any resolution, but KEEP IT'S ASPECT RATIO...I've had problems where I'm using percentages, and differnt "scale" options, and I get stretched images, or small movies with lots of blank vertical or horizontal space. Basically I would need the movie to just "grow"...affecting both the width and height at the same time, at the same ratio, so the movie keeps the same dimensions, and doesnt grow too vertically or horizontally.....

I'm at my wit's end with it...ANybody have a clue what I could do?

    Thanks,

Not really a clue to your problem, but I'd say this movie should have its background color being black and the text gold or white, like the rest on the website. It would also be easier to read in my opinion.

Believe me, if it were up to me, the whole site would be changed into a wonderfully color coordinated interactive masterpiece, but it's up to the client, and she wanted the white box to stay just like how it is.....go figure. =P
