    Hello,

Not with Windows Server 2003 tools. But third-party tools such as Volume
Manager (also known as Server Magic) can do this.

    Default resizing partition

What about the Disk Management tool? That permits
resizing etc. You find it under Other Tools/Tools/Tools
by Category/Disk and Data Management from the Other Tools
link on the Manage My Server Screen.
