FW is a web graphics application. As such, it doesn't really do
print-resolution work. You shouldn't use a product like FW to create logos.
You should be using a vector illustration application like Freehand or
    Illustrator.

In a pinch, what you can do is enlarge your image to something like 900
pixels x 900 pixels. You can then print it so it prints out at 3" x 3",
which will then give you an image that is printed at 300 dpi...the minimum
you should be using to print out a logo (though typically you'd want it at
600 or 1200 dip, or, ideally, just a vector file).
