resource is not a directory

Hi there,

When a client tries to publish a page they are getting an error,

"The resource is not a directory, or there might be a permission problem"

Has anyone come across this before? We did not install the product and just
got this client in the last few days but they would really like to continue
using contribute as they have paid for the product.

I am currently having the issue others have reported regarding the time delay
in publishing a file (8 min!) so it is very hard for me to get to the route of
this problem.

Any help would be very much appreciated,

Contribute is build with al lot of controls to determine how users can behave
in the program, what they can and can't do. If you want to help your client
properly, you will need the program.

You could use the trial version for starters and make yourselves the
administrator en then check the administrator settings en adjust them the right
way. When everything is set, make for your user a connection key to make an new
connection with the proper settings.
