Default retrieving process- and user-informations from w2k?

    Hello,

I'm the penguin in a team of three admins.
Aside of my linuxboxes we run mostly w2k
    machines and checking interactively these
machines with gui-tools like RDP and MMC is
ok - but - I would like to script a bit.
I am wondering how I could retrieve
    processinformations from these mashines.
We gathered a lot of infos via snmp
in the CIM(as we have mostly HP-ProLiants).
additionaly we use citrix to distribute applications
    and within the citrix-management-console
there are almost all informations i want
but the strenght of this tool is its weakness.
    The citrix-managment console just monitors
the processes of the terminalservers in the farm.
and it seems as it has no opportunity
to access these informations from shell.

I am in the early stage to solve my problem
therefore feel free to post you ideas or links to
references of working solutions or products.

Thank you very much in advance
