Hi Mika,

I just got back from the coast.

I hope your friends in London were OK during the bombings???

It was all happening actually as we were travelling around the edge of
London. We kept seeing the
motorway signs "No Entry to London Area, Turn on Radio" we were listening as
the
details of the attacks unfolded at one point it sounded like 9 explosions as
the news was so chaotic. It was pretty scary as we had no idea as to the
nature of the explosions or whether they were conventional bombs or
something more nasty. Another attack is feared unless they can be tracked
down.

We actually made it round the outskirts of London and got to the coast. The
trip was refreshing despite the sombre atmosphere of the first couple of
days.
