RIKLA Questions
I have researched the Reader Integration Key License Agreement (RIKLA) policy and procedure and i think I understand everything except one part: the part where Adobe decides whether or not to issue you the license .......... Is this based on adherance to the ELU agreement and its policies or is this subject to the deeper marketing strategies of Adobe corporate ?
This seems very nebulous to me . Can anyone here shed a little light on this for me ????
